INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW WRITEABLE ASA FORMS: For those that need a little help getting started using the forms, these steps should help you get going. Just open one of the writeable forms, click in the first box/highlighted field, type in the information, hit the tab key on your key board and that will move the cursor to the next highlighted box/field. Once the form is completely fill out it can be saved to be printed or emailed. There is no highlighted box/field in the signature spots so players or parents from that team will still need to submit to their local ASA Commissioner for approval and signature before becoming an official document. You can still use this form the old fashion way by just printing a copy and hand writing or typing in the information that is required.
