IMPORTANT NOTICE
We will have 3 umpires per game. In order to do this, we need to bring umpires in from the various associations, which will require our taking care of rooms. With this expense, it is mandatory that teams stay at one of the approved hotels on our Motel/Hotel list. The motels and hotels on our list will give us one comp room for every 20 rooms booked. This helps reduce the cost we would have to pay for motel rooms. Teams not staying at a hotel on the list will be dropped from the tournament.
NOTE: When a team calls in for hotel reservations, they must identify that they are coming for the 18 Gold Softball Territorial Qualifier which has a room block through Oregon ASA Softball for the tournament. |
